BTEC Nationals, Level 3, Health and Social Care: Unit 4 Controlled Assessment. Please leave a review! You will need to log onto Pearson and download the Jan 2020 release material to support this download. The first powerpoint supports students in how to do their research and set up their notes. I have put a small time frame in there for my classes. This is a practice run through so students have less time than the actual controlled assessment. There is then a feedback powerpoint which uses the examiners report to provide sample answers that show 2 nearly perfect answers and 2 answers that I then intend on live writing/modelling based on their responses from their practice (hoping their responses are good enough to use as future model answers!) Please leave feedback as this took me a very long time to put together!

I decided to refresh it and update it. Unit 7: Principles of Safe Practice. BOOKLET UPDATED AUG 2022 Included is a SOW with overview and intent. I have included the case studies, typed into a useable student booklet that they can annotate. I have also included a complete assignment break down for the whole unit. Students use this to highlight as they go, and enter the date when they submit is, and when they have passed this element. Good for students to keep a track of their work.

Legislation lesson takes 3 lessons as one is input, followed by 1 lesson of researching in groups and creating a presentation, with the third lesson ebing their presentations. Equality and Inclusion uses 2 long clips. 1 is 20 minutes long, the other is 60 minutes. These can be taken out if you need to save time.
